UNDER THE WEATHER... or is it the Energies?
Today is Sunday and I had all kinds of plans to work outside in the yard. Spring is here and the grass is growing. That means it's time to get out there and clean up all the fallen sticks, dead leaves and other debris that have littered the yard since last fall.
I actually got outside for a couple of hours yesterday and hauled cartfuls of dead leaves to our compost pile. There was no sense overdoing it, so I quit after a while and decided to finish the work the next day.
Well, the next day came. But it was cold and rainy, and I don't feel well enough today to go out in the yard and work. For one thing, I awoke with a headache this morning, and I haven't been quite right all day, as a matter of fact. All I want to do is lie around and wallow in laziness.
Maybe it's the "Energies." Everyone else in the family, including the pets, seem to be reacting the same way today. Nobody has any pep, they all just want to lie around and waste the hours away. You probably don't know what I mean when I blame the "Energies." I'm talking about the Ascension Energies we are going through on this planet.
Mother Earth is getting ready to move into the next dimension... and soon. And that sometimes causes us to feel a little out of sorts because the adjustment is hard on our physical bodies. Sometimes these can result in flu-like symptoms, or feeling unusually tired as I do today.
It's nothing to worry about, I assure you. It's all very natural and has been happening off and on for some time now. A little rest today... and I'll be good as new to start off the new week tomorrow. Be good to yourself.
